The Dynastar Legend Sultan 80 is an easy skiing all around ski that is suited for groomed runs and will perform off-trail. A wider platform helps with floatation in off-trail situations. The Sultan mixes performance and comfort with the tip being the performer, it is broad and hooks up on any sign of an edge but the tail can be skidded making it a bit more forgiving not having to be skied like a race ski. Morning powder? No issue with the Sultan, 80 mm under foot is comfortable and stable. Night skiing? No issue either, the Sultan loves linking turns and going edge to edge. This ski is great for intermediate to advanced level skiers that spend most of their time on-trail, but will venture off-trail when the conditions are right.
